iWMS is a reliable, affordable, and easy-to use warehouse management solution available in both batch and real-time radio frequency (RF) versions. Benefits of the iWMS system include improved inventory accuracy, increased labour productivity, and better customer service.
By integrating advanced radio frequency and barcoding technologies with core warehousing functionality, iWMS provides comprehensive warehouse management, including order management, receiving, stocking, replenishment, picking and related warehouse tasks.
iWMS Software
iWMS was designed with scalability in mind. Microsoft® SQL Server support means that you can comfortably handle hundreds of users and tens of thousands of SKU’s with excellent response time.
iWMS was developed with the latest Microsoft® web development tools, assuring compatibility with most systems.
By combining iWMS with an RF terminal, you create a complete low-cost, real-time warehouse management system.
Real time tracking
iWMS scales to accommodate the varied demands of small to highly complex, high volume distribution centers. By integrating radio-frequency (RF) and barcoding technologies and other warehouse automation equipment with your back-end system, iWMS orchestrates the movement of personnel and inventory to allow multiple orders to be picked in a single pass by warehouse staff.
Receiving iWMS is designed to ensure a highly-efficient receiving environment and allows for greater control in the allocation of human resources. You can assign multiple employees to the receipt of large inbound shipments, or multiple receipts can be simultaneously checked-in by a single employee. iWMS notifies warehouse manager of new items to be maintained in the system.
iWMS can be configured to store products either in a default location or many locations throughout the warehouse - accelerating the put-away process. The final phase of receipt and put-away processing is the automated update inventory information. This automation eliminates manual intervention and errors, while providing accurate and up-to-date inventory control.
Picking and packing
Order fulfillment is easy with iWMS because it quickly matches available stock to the order, enabling the warehouse manager to see at a glance which orders can be filled immediately.
Equipped with RF-based handheld computers, your staff is given explicit direction for picking every order, including verifying “picks” by reading barcodes to confirm the product and quantity. From automatic generation of picking labels, to indicating the right parts for the order, to guiding warehouse employees to the right location, you’re in complete control with iWMS.
Inventory control
iWMS gives you complete control over your inventory and offers you a clear picture of what is going on in your warehouse. This includes up-to-the-minute notification of when replenishment is needed, a full audit report of every product moved through your warehouse.
With complete inventory control management - down to the contents of specific bins - you can increase productivity and save on warehouse labor costs.
